Ready to Order?

How do I place an order?
Think about what would be fun, creative, and really reflects whom the cake is for. Does he or she play any sports? Musical instruments? What are their hobbies? What is your child’s favorite cartoon character or toy? Anything you can think of, we can possibly make into a cake. After you have an idea of what you would like, email us at wendi@eatsweetreats.com with the following information:

  • The date of the event, time & location.
  • What you have in mind for the design. The more specific, the better. (Please don’t just say “sports themed”…) We are creative, but we need somewhere to start from.
  • Whether it will be picked up or delivered.
  • How many people you will need the cake to feed?

Once we receive all of the necessary information we will email you a price quote. Cakes are priced per serving and determined by the complexity of the design along with how much detail and time would go into the construction of your cake.

PLEASE NOTE:

*NO REFUNDS on orders canceled within 14 days of delivery.

*Any order not paid in full 14 days before delivery will be canceled.

How do I make my payment and deposit(s)?
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required the day you book your event, to hold the date.  This is for all orders other then WEDDINGS! Your $20 deposit will go towards your order. We DO NOT “hold dates” and until we have accepted your deposit you do not have a reserved date/order. Final payments are due 14 days before your event date. You may pay by cash, check & credit/debit (via Paypal).

When should I book my Order?
If your event is on a weekend, we suggest you place your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance since weekends often book up more quickly. Please keep in mind, SweeTreats only accepts minimal orders per day to ensure your complete satisfaction.

When should I book my Wedding Cake?
Peak wedding season is April through October. If your wedding date falls within the peak season, we suggest you book three to six months in advance of your date. If your wedding occurs in the off-season, two to three months is sufficient. Please keep in mind, SweeTreats only accepts minimal orders per day to ensure your complete satisfaction.
